Answers to some often asked questions:

Payment Methods that We Accept

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: We currently accept credit card payments through our Secure PayPal Shopping Cart Service which is a FREE service for all buyers that you must sign up for in order to purchase with your credit card. Purchases made via PayPal ship out right away and are usually received by you within 3-5 business days from time of purchase unless otherwise indicated.

MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S or CERTIFIED CHECKS: We accept all of these and once received by us your order will ship out right away and is usually received by you in 3-5 business days.

PERSONAL CHECKS: We accept personal checks, but we reserve the right to hold until they clear our bank account 7-10 business days before we ship out your order.

CASH: We strongly advise you not to send cash through the USPS mail because we cannot guarantee its safe arrival. However if you do send cash your order will be shipped out right away and usually received by you in 3-5 business days.

PHONE ORDERS: Currently we do not accept credit card orders over the phone.

MOST OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS: How Long Will it Take for Me to Receive My Order Once it is Placed? We work very hard to fill orders as they come in. If an order is received Monday thru Friday it will take us about 2-3 days to fill at the most. Due to the heavy volume of orders in the beginning of the year January until late June we fill orders in the order that they were received. Who fills my order? We do! We are the actual growers of the seeds and plants that we offer and all orders are filled as if it were we who placed the order. We know how we would want to be treated so we keep that in mind when you place a purchase from us. We are a family operation comprised of 5 people (husband, wife, two sons and a daughter).

Pay in Advance Selections: These are for our live plant selections which are Pre-Paid by you and shipped at a later date indicated by each selection. When you purchase a reserve selection you agree to accept our terms. How it works is that you purchase the selection and we actually grow it just for you and ship it to you direct when the weather is safe to do so. We do all the work for you and all you have to do is plant it when you receive it. Detailed instructions will be included with every purchased selection. This is a specialty of ours that **guarantees** you will receive a lively and healthy plant or tree!!! Please do not purchase if you do not want to wait for your selection to grow!

Do We Sell/Ship Outside the United States?

1) We ship seeds to the United States and Canada ONLY! Sorry but no other international orders will be accepted. If you send payment and reside outside our selling area then you will promptly be refunded your full purchase payment.

Shipping & Handling

1) Our shipping and handling cost is set at $1.75 for an unlimited amount of seed packet purchases per order! For each separate purchase you will be charged $1.75 for S/H. We can ship in one order as many seed packets together for that $1.75. If you place an order and decide to purchase additional packets to be shipped with the first order then you can pay us direct through PayPal the amount of each seed packet less the S/H amount of $1.75. Otherwise contact us via email and we will be glad to help!

2) We are new to selling live plants and cuttings and have decided to keep our S/H amount at only $1.75 to help provide a low cost service to our customers. Again we only ship within the United States and have the right to refund any purchases made that do not meet our guidelines. We cannot ship live plants outside the United States and Canada!!

***Some Very Important Concerns

1) Please make sure to specify when mailing in your payment if your order is from an eBay purchase or a web site purchase. Also if it is an eBay purchase PLEASE include the item # and your eBay User name, otherwise we will not know who to leave feedback for!

2) If you make a payment through PayPal for an eBay Auction or eBay Store purchase PLEASE make sure to let us know who you are and the auction Item # and if you are using a different email address than the one you are registered with in eBay. PLEASE bring that to our attention or we may not know who you are and could possibly cause an unnecessary non-bidder alert to be filed un-intentionally because of that lack of knowledge on our part.

3) If for some reason you do mail in your payment and DO NOT give specifics on what it is you are paying for then it may cause an unnecessary delay in receiving your order because we have to investigate our data base for clues regarding your identity. Also if you do mail in your payment PLEASE do not mail in loose change. We have had quite a few people pay us this way and even send it priority USPS, which is very unnecessary and costly to you. We strive to make your transaction as consumer friendly as possible.

4) After you purchase your item(s) you will receive a detailed confirmation response from us through email. This is to keep you informed about your purchase every step of the way. You were kind enough to purchase from us and it is our responsibility to make sure you know we appreciate your business. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or our service please contact us and let us know! You are very important to us because without you (our customer) our business would not exist. So please feel that you can count on us to serve you in an honorable and respectful manner all the time.

Refunds & Replacements:

If you receive your item and it is not in the condition you expected or there is a problem with your order PLEASE contact us right away either by phone or email. We will strive to make your transaction a very satisfying and pleasant experience guaranteed!!!!
